How to control the quality for rope course ?
Normally,A rope course will come with two levels more .The safety is obvious the most important factor for equipment ,Then how to control the quality ?
For the steel pipe ,It will need to use big pipes reaching to 140mm diameter ,and the thickness with 3.5mm,as a strong support for all the play structure .
For the rope ,It need to use the one with steel wrapped inside the nylon rope .The rope will hang wood logs or other wood plate .
For the wood ,It’s not like the playground which can use plywood ,It need to use solid wood for outdoor use which featured with UV-resistance ,water-resistance .
And for other details ,It’s not allowed to keep any sharp corner on the equipment ,it need to make the equipment smooth .
