How to install the foam tube for playground steel poles ?
The foam tube installation is one of the most difficult part for playground framework ,as it need to cut the relative size and connect to another part according to the steel poles ,It takes much longer time to install the foam tube than other part installation .
First ,Pick out the relative color foam pipes according to the design ,to make sure the color match with the design where it installed .
Second ,Comparing the longer of the foam tube with steel poles ,If foam tube longer than the steel tube ,then cut the longer part to match the actual size ,and cut the shape at the joint position .If the steel poles longer the foam tube ,It need to connect the foam tube where not enough .
Third ,Use the cable tie to fix the foam tube tight on the steel poles ,to make sure the proper distance fixed on the pipes ,which will look more attractive .
The most difficult part for foam tube is to cut the proper shape ,especially at the joints ,it requires lots of experience and skills .Anyway ,We have videos for support if installed on your own ,and we will offer the 3D drawings according to the steel structure .
