The safety for playground is the first priority ,as it matters the kids growing up safely .And the equipment material will have much effect on the safety of the playground .
Steel structure -Good material decides the quality of family entertainment center. For soft play structures, we adopt international standard steel pipes, diameter 48MM, the thickness is 2.0MM; all connectors are galvanized which can prevent from rusting.
The plastic material is widely used for spiral tube slide ,and crawl tunnels ,which we use engineering plastic(LLDPE), food grade, safe and colour never fade.
Soft PVC cover is another protective accessory, they fix on the outside of steel pipes by the plastic cable ties .The soft PVC cover features with fire resistant .
Plywood is an important part for the playground ,especially used for deck board,and the decoration board,Normally we use 1.8cm thickness of plywood with sponge reaching to 5cm for deck board .
Foam mat is a necessity that has many colors and design images on it. We use 2cm thickness of mat with high density installed on the ground .
